I’m tagged…don’t ya just love tag games???

Sitting here at my desk after a nice 2 hour post-driving back from Hilton Head Island, SC nap; trying to get caught up on my RSS feeds AND getting my pictures from this week, not to mention the Den Academic Excursion pictures, all uploaded to Flickr. Multitasking at its finest, I’m running edublogs dashboard and netvibes here, setting up my Annual Fantasy Football league on my personal laptop and running Flickr uploads on my school Gateway laptop.

What a shock to find myself ‘tagged’ for a meme from both Alice Mercer and Rory Chalcraft. For some odd reason they want to know 8 little known, interesting facts about myself.

Rules…there’s always rules to these things. And here they are:

  1. Post these rules before you give your facts
  2. List 8 random facts about yourself
  3. At the end of your post, choose (tag) 8 people and list their names, linking to them
  4. Leave a comment on their blog, letting them know they’ve been tagged

In no particular order here they are; I’m also supposed to do it in 140 characters or less no doubt (errr, right!):

  1. Married with 2 kids.
  2. FETC2007Used to have a perm. (can you tell by this pic with Hall Davidson?)
  3. Met my wife in a popcorn wagon @ DisneyWorld.
  4. Played HS baseball against 4 future major leaguers(at the time): Jason Varitek, Johnny Damon, Dan Miceli and Brian Barber.
  5. Melrose #18Avid golfer.
  6. I usually try to read between 3 and 4 books a week.
  7. History fanatic, I will read and research pretty much any historical topic; especially the Civil War.
  8. Member of the Discovery Educator Network since February 2006.

Ok…there you have it. I’ve not had a chance to go around and tag others. So I guess I’m tagging anyone and everyone who reads this and has their own blog.

Seeking the Wisdom of the Ages…

Tom.
